Вводили 88 недоношенным детям витамин К1 в первые часы жизни после рождения в дозе 1 мг внутримышечно, затем повторно – на 7, 14, 21-й дни жизни. Новорожденные из контрольной группы получали витамин К1 в дозе 1 мг лишь однократно при рождении. Эффективность повторного введения витамина К1 оценивали по результатам клинических, лабораторно-инструментальных данных на 21-й день жизни. Результаты исследования показали, что повторное введение витамина К1 в комбинации с посиндромной терапией сокращает сроки пребывания детей в ОРИТ (15 ± 5,3 дня в основной группе; 18 ± 6 дней в контрольной группе), способствует улучшению показателей гемостаза – уменьшению активированного парциального тромбопластинового времени (АПТВ) по сравнению с детьми группы контроля (с 53 до 29 с; р&lt; 0,005), тенденции к повышению протромбинового индекса в динамике (с 59,6 ± 7,2% до 86,7 ± 5%; р&lt; 0,005), снижению риска развития геморрагического синдрома, оптимизации прогноза (статистически значимое снижение числа детей с ретинопатией в основной группе 6,5 ± 3,6%; во второй группе 23,8 ± 6,6%; р&lt; 0,05).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The purpose of this study is the investigation of the effectiveness of the repeated administration of vitamin K1 to preterm infants. 88 preterm infants were administered vitamin K1 in first hours of life at a dose of 1 mg intramuscularly, then repeatedly at 7th, 14th, 21th day after birth. Infants in the control group received vitamin K1 in a dose of 1 mg once at birth. The effectiveness of repeated administration of vitamin K1 was evaluated by the results of clinical, laboratory and instrumental data on the 21th day of life. The results showed that repeated administration of vitamin K1 reduces the length of stay of children in the ICU (15 ± 5.3 days in the study group, 18 ± 6 days in the control group), decreases of activated partial thromboplastin time as compared to the control group (53 to 29; p&lt; 0.005), increases of prothrombin index (from 59.6 ± 7.2% to 86.7 ± 5%; p&lt; 0.005), decreases of the number of children with retinopathy (6.5 ± 3.6% in the study group and 23.8 ± 6.6%; in the control (p&lt; 0.05).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>геморрагическая болезнь новорожденных</kwd><kwd>геморрагический синдром</kwd><kwd>витамин К1</kwd><kwd>гемостаз</kwd><kwd>коагулограмма</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hemorrhagic disease of the newborn</kwd><kwd>haemorrhagic syndrome</kwd><kwd>vitamin K1</kwd><kwd>hemostasis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Шабалов Н.П.
