Цель работы – установить референтные интервалы количества лейкоцитов в периферической крови и лейкоцитарной формулы у взрослого населения Астраханской области на автоматическом гематологическом анализаторе Sysmex XT2000i. У 375 практически здоровых мужчин и женщин, жителей Астрахани и Астраханской области, определяли количество лейкоцитов и лейкоцитарную формулу на автоматическом гематологическом анализаторе Sysmex XT2000iс помощью проточной цитометрии и цитофлюориметрии. Установлено, что средние значения количества лейкоцитов и лейкоцитарной формулы не зависят от пола. Установленные нами интервалы лейкоцитов и лейкоцитарной формулы могут быть использованы в качестве референтных в клинико-диагностической лаборатории ФГБУ Федеральный центр сердечно-сосудистой хирургии (г. Астрахань), в лабораториях Астраханской области при работе на аналогичных аналитических системах (автоматическом гематологическом анализаторе Sysmex XT2000i).</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern international standards recommend to each laboratory to develop or to confirm the reference intervals for laboratory parameters. The purpose of the study was to establish reference intervals for the quantity of white blood cell and differential white blood cell count in the adult population of the Astrakhan region at the use of the automatic hematology analyzer Sysmex XT 2000i. In the group of 375 healthy people there were determined the white blood cell and differential white blood cell count by the flow cytometry and the cytofluorometry.
