Одним из осложнений первичного гиперпаратиреоза (ПГПТ) является анемия. В патогенезе ПГПТ-ассоциированной анемии принимают участие как ассоциированное с основным заболеванием ингибирование пролиферации клеток эритроидного ростка, так и неспецифические факторы (кровопотеря, хроническая болезнь почек), однако однозначного понимания патогенетических механизмов развития такого рода анемии нет.</p><p>Цель — представить клиническое наблюдение больной ПГПТ со сложным многокомпонентным генезом анемии.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные сведения</title><p>Основные сведения. Имеются указания на возможные взаимосвязи между ПГПТ и анемиями, однако отсутствуют большие клинические исследования, на основании которых могли бы быть сформированы алгоритмы ведения больных. Генез анемии в представленном клиническом случае имел многофакторный характер, не позволяющий исключить ПГПТ как одну из этиологических причин.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Anaemia is a complication of primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT). Pathogenesis of PHPT-induced anaemia involves inhibited erythroid cell proliferation associated with the underlying disease and non-speciﬁc factors (blood loss, chronic kidney disease). However, its speciﬁc mechanisms remain unclear.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. Clinical description of a PHPT case with multifactorial complicating anaemia.</p></sec><sec><title>Main ﬁndings</title><p>Main ﬁndings. With putative evidence existing on relationships between PHPT and anaemia, no large clinical trials substantiated suitable algorithms for such patients’ management.
