<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Apart from direct factors such as neutropenia, hypogammaglobulinemia, and lymphopenia, there are indirect transplant-related factors such as conditioning regimen, transplant source, donor type, and graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis associated with higher infectious risk posttransplant. This review also presents the main characteristics of infections after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation with a focus on bloodstream infections and provides an overview of the main transplant-related risk factors linked to their development. </p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>инфекции</kwd><kwd>трансплантация аллогенных гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>инфекции кровотока</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>infections</kwd><kwd>allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>bloodstream infections</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Passweg J.R., Baldomero H., Chabannon C., et al.
