Показано, что при воздействии на крупные опухолевые клетки ударно-волновых импульсов микросекундного диапазона наблюдаются изменения в структурной организации хроматина ядра, при этом удалось достигнуть эффекта повреждения именно опухолевых клеток, оставив неизменными здоровые.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The possibility of destruction or structural changes of tumor cells exposed to short (microsecond range) shock-wave pulses was investigated. It was shown that changes in the structural organization of the nuclear chromatin were observed under the inﬂuence of shock-wave pulses of microsecond range on large tumor cells.
