Миелопролиферативные новообразования (МПН) являются редкой, но значимой причиной инсультов.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: поиск и описание факторов риска развития инсульта, а также стратегий профилактики по имеющимся литературным данным у больных МПН.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные сведения</title><p>Основные сведения. В онлайн-базах данных (PubMed, E-Library) был проведен поиск исследований, посвященных церебральным тромботическим осложнениям на фоне МПН. Индукцию специфического циторедуктивного лечения в  сочетании с  низкими дозами ацетилсалициловой кислоты следует рассматривать как неотъемлемый компонент вторичной профилактики некардиоэмболических нарушений мозгового кровообращения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction.  Myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) are a rare but significant cause of strokes.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To describe risk factors for stroke development, as well as  prevention strategies based on available literature data on patients with MPN.</p></sec><sec><title>Main findings</title><p>Main findings.  Online databases (PubMed, E-Library) were searched for studies on cerebral thrombotic complications in the setting of myeloproliferative disorders.
