Характерными симптомами гемофилии являются кровоизлияния в суставы (гемартрозы).</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: оценить возможности применения радиосиновэктомии для лечения гемофилических артропатий.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные сведения</title><p>Основные сведения. Радиосиновэктомия — метод, позволяющий достичь стойкого эффекта при хроническом синовите и гемофилической артропатии. Он заключается во внутрисуставном введении радиофармацевтических лекарственных препаратов в виде коллоидных растворов, макроагрегатов или микросфер, содержащих радиоактивные изотопы, которые быстро фагоцитируются покровными клетками синовиальной оболочки, после такого захвата синовиальная оболочка подвергается интенсивному «внутреннему» облучению, результатом которого становится поверхностный фиброз синовиальной ткани и стойкое подавление суставного воспаления.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. A characteristic symptom of hemophilia is joint hemorrhage (hemarthroses).</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to evaluate the possibilities of radiosynovectomy in hemophilic arthropathies.</p></sec><sec><title>Main findings</title><p>Main findings. Radiosynovectomy (RSE) or radiosynoviorthesis (RSO) is a technique that achieves a long-lasting effect in chronic synovitis and hemophilic arthropathy. It consists of intra-articular injection of radiopharmaceuticals (RFLP) in the form of colloidal solutions, macroaggregates or microspheres containing radioactive isotopes, which are rapidly phagocytized by the covering cells of the synovial membrane.
