Стеноз почечной артерии — распространенная патология, обусловленная в основном атеросклерозом почечных артерий. Эссенциальная тромбоцитемия (ЭТ) является редкой причиной стеноза почечной артерии.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: описать клиническое наблюдение больного ЭТ, осложнившейся стенозом почечной артерии единственной функционирующей почки, успешно корригированным эндоваскулярными методами.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные сведения</title><p>Основные сведения. Мужчина 32 лет с ЭТ, осложнившейся окклюзией брюшной аорты, левой почечной артерии, со сморщиванием левой почки, субтотальным стенозом правой почечной артерии и хронической болезнью почек 3 А стадии, а также реноваскулярной гипертензией, перенес органосохраняющее вмешательство — эндоваскулярную коррекцию стеноза почечной артерии (ЭКСПА). В результате проведения ЭКСПА, назначения антикоагулянтно-антиагрегантной терапии и специфической терапии ЭТ интерфероном наблюдались положительные эффекты в виде улучшения функции почки, достижения целевых значений артериального давления, а также в отношении основных гематологических показателей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Renal artery stenosis is a common pathology associated mainly with atherosclerosis of the renal arteries. Essential thrombocythemia (ET) is a rare cause of renal artery stenosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to describe a clinical observation of a patient with ET, complicated by renal artery stenosis of a solitary functioning kidney, successfully corrected endovascularly.</p></sec><sec><title>Main findings</title><p>Main findings. A 32-year-old male with ET, complicated by occlusion of the abdominal aorta, left renal artery, with shrinkage of the left kidney, subtotal stenosis of the right renal artery and chronic kidney disease stage 3A, as well as renovascular hypertension, underwent an organ-preserving intervention — endovascular correction of renal artery stenosis (ECRAS).
