Миелодиспластический синдром (МДС) — нозология, требующая обследования с использованием цитогенетического, молекулярно-генетического и иммунофенотипического исследований костного мозга и/или крови, а также выполнения трепанобиопсии костного мозга с патоморфологическим и иммуногистохимическим исследованиями. В Российской Федерации (РФ) до недавнего времени официальный статистический учет МДС не осуществляли.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: представить данные о заболеваемости и распространенности МДС в РФ на основании данных официальных статистических форм.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Представлена информация форм федерального статистического наблюдения № 7 «Сведения о злокачественных новообразованиях» (ФФСН) за 2022 и 2023 гг. о заболеваемости и распространенности МДС, актуализированных по инициативе ФГБУ «НМИЦ гематологии» Минздрава России; в таблицу 2100 впервые введены дополнительные строки (35–37) со сведениями о движении больных, в том числе с МДС (код D46 по МКБ-10).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Согласно данным ФФСН № 7, в 2022 и 2023 гг. было зарегистрировано 2827 и 3411 случаев МДС соответственно. Расчетная первичная заболеваемость по РФ составила 0,58 и 0,50 на 100 тыс. взрослого населения в 2022 и 2023 гг. соответственно, а распространенность — 2,4 на 100 тыс. взрослого населения. Расчетная заболеваемость МДС по федеральным округам в 2022 г. составила от 0,13 до 1,05 с вариациями от 0,03 до 2,57 на 100 тыс. взрослого населения в зависимости от региона проживания. Под диспансерным наблюдением на конец 2023 г. зарегистрировано 3001 (88 %) больных МДС, из них под наблюдением в течение 5 лет и более — 860 (28,7 %) человек.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные о заболеваемости и распространенности МДС показали значимость проведенной работы как для последующего совершенствования системы регистрации и учета больных заболеваниями системы крови в целом и МДС в частности в РФ, так и позволят использовать их при планировании в здравоохранении РФ.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a nosology that requires examination using cytogenetic, molecular-genetic and immunophenotypic analysis of bone marrow and/or blood, as well as mandatory bone marrow trepan biopsy with pathomorphological and immunohistochemically studies. Until recently, there was no official statistical data on MDS in Russia.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to present data on the incidence and prevalence of MDS in Russia based on official statistical forms.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Information from statistical form №7 «Information on malignant neoplasms» (SF No. 7) for 2022 and 2023 on the incidence and prevalence of MDS, updated at the initiative of the National Medical Research Center for Hematology, is presented. For the first time, additional lines (35–37) with information on the movement of patients, including MDS (code D46 according to ICD-10), have been introduced into table 2100.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to SF No. 7, in 2022 and 2023, 2,827 and 3,411 cases of MDS were registered, respectively. The estimated primary incidence in the Russian Federation was 0.58 and 0.50 per 100 thousand of the adult population in 2022 and 2023, respectively, and the prevalence was 2.4 per 100 thousand of the adult population. The estimated incidence of MDS by federal districts in 2022 ranged from 0.13 to 1.05 with variations from 0.03 to 2.57 per 100 thousand of the adult population, depending on the region of residence. At the end of 2023, 3001 (88 %) patients with MDS were registered under dispensary observation, of which 860 (28.7 %) were under observation for 5 years or more.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
