Изучение свободно циркулирующей ДНК (сцДНК) в плазме крови при гематологических заболеваниях вызывает все больший интерес. Накоплен значительный объем данных относительно диагностической и прогностической значимости выявления сцДНК и опухолевой сцДНК (соДНК) у онкогематологических больных.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель обзора литературы</title><p>Цель обзора литературы: анализ данных о значении выявления сцДНК при агрессивных В-клеточных лимфомах и лимфоме Ходжкина.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные сведения</title><p>Основные сведения. Представлены литературные данные по изучению сцДНК, возможностей и ограничений различных методов исследования сцДНК у больных агрессивными В-клеточными лимфомами и лимфомой Ходжкина.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Cell free DNA (cfDNA), being an easily accessible and promising clinical material, as previously shown in obstetrics and general oncology, is of particular interest in hematology. In recent years, the study of plasma cfDNA in hematological diseases has been gaining increasing interest among researchers and physicians. To date, a signifi cant amount of data cfDNA and tumor cfDNA (cftDNA) in patients with diseases of the blood system has been accumulated in the world literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: to study the literature data on the cfDNA in aggressive B-cell lymphomas and Hodgkin’s lymphoma (HL).</p></sec><sec><title>Main fi ndings</title><p>Main fi ndings.
