Однако в последние годы КПК все чаще применяются по другим показаниям. Роль настоящего обзора — осветить применение КПК для лечения кровотечений при реверсии действия прямых оральных антикоагулянтов, при оперативных вмешательствах, травме, заболеваниях печени. Обсуждается также безопасность КПК.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The prothrombin complex concentrates (PCCs), containing therapeutic doses of vitamin K-dependent coagulation factors, were licensed for reversal of vitamin K antagonist therapy. However, recently clinicians sought to use PCCs for any number of off-label indications. The goal of this review is to explore practical issues regarding PCCs.
