Гемофилические псевдоопухоли являются серьезным осложнением тяжелых форм гемофилии A и B. Экстирпация гемофилических псевдоопухолей часто сопровождается большой периоперационной кровопотерей. Для значительного уменьшения периоперационной кровопотери и размера гемофилической псевдоопухоли выполняется эндоваскулярная эмболизация питающих ее артерий. Эндоваскулярная эмболизация артерий представляет собой внутрисосудистое закрытие просвета сосуда разными методами. Мы использовали окклюзирующие спирали. За период с 2010 по 2016 г. в ФГБУ «НМИЦ гематологии» было выполнено шесть процедур эндоваскулярной эмболизации псевдоопухолей у больных гемофилией, три из них описаны подробно.

The pseudotumors are the serious complication in patients with hemophilia A and B. Surgical excision of hemophilic pseudotumor is frequently accompanied by a massive intraoperative blood loss. The endovascular embolization of the feeding arteries prior to surgery helps to minimize the blood loss and to reduce the size of pseudotumor. We performed endovascular embolization with microcoils in six hemophilia patients with pseudotumors, and describe here three of those cases.
