ОБМЕННЫЙ ПЛАЗМАФЕРЕЗ В ЛЕЧЕНИИ ТРОМБОТИЧЕСКОЙ ТРОМБОЦИТОПЕНИЧЕСКОЙ ПУРПУРЫ

Аннотация
Представлены клинические случаи лечения тромботической тромбоцитопенической пурпуры с использованием многократных обменных плазмаферезов. Описаны сложности быстрой диагностики и значение раннего начала патогенетически детерминированной терапии. Обсуждена тактика использования экстракорпоральной гемокоррекции в терапии данного заболевания.
